Got a chance to venture off to the far far away land of Kanata to enjoy this delicious gem, Aperitivo. 

Owner stems from Vancouver, so my foodie expectations lightly went up. Small plates and a great selection of wines, it was a treat. 

Surprising location, Kanata centrum, their choice and play with food surprises you. It’s a ‘downtown Ottawa’ type restaurant, which is nice to see in the far far land. 

Truly enjoyed it. If you go, you have to try the Marrow, it’s cow bone marrow baked with snails and an astonishing array of fresh garnishes, yum!
