On a typical Friday night, me and the bestie, who proclaims herself to be a ‘poutine connoisseur’, have taken up the chance to taste Smoke’s newly introduced Poutine; The Hangover Poutine’.So listen and listen carefully, double smoked back bacon, cheese curds, fluffy eggs, 100% maple syrup, gravy, Smokes signature fries, all adorned with a mini Tabasco! Can anyone say, ‘hot sauce in my bag?!’

Destined to fullfill all your late night cravings into one. 

At one bite we were hooked, we prepared ourselves for this grand experience of deliciousness, but we were absolutely over compensated with goodness. 

The trick to this was the fact the Maple Syrup was not at all over empowering, it was subtle to the taste and just the right hint. Bacon crunchy enough to balance the fries with fresh cheese to match. The Tabasco sauce adds the extra kick, with fluffy eggs tenderizing every bite. 

For an all Canadian experience like no other, I recommend this poutine. Its an all around perfect combination of all our great Canadian delicacies in one!
