Kim Crawford is my favourite wine, not because of its magically delicious taste, but because you can taste the quality of eavhgrspe with every sip.
I learned it is very critical for KC wines to obtain ripening for a pinot noir grape.
Their blending process will surprise you. The delicacy in each wine featured. The descrption of the Rarangi having a pineapple aroma surprised me at first, but I later on realized it.
What caught your attention most was that the KC Spitfire Sauvignon Blanc had such a high blend of the Blind River at 70%.
Did I mention we got to create our own blend!
FUN
